At the HOA meeting held on 2.25.10, the BOD approved and clarified two sections of the Community Rules and Regulations as well as authorized the issuing of a Community Homeowner Rental/Lessee agreement for all future rental units within the community. The official notification to homeowners as well as rental residents will be mailed the first week of Jute and then would become official documents of The Lakes Community.

Effective Immediately and will be distributed to all homeowners. There was never an official rental/lease agreement issued under the name of The Lakes at Waterstone to protect the Association other then what was issued by real estate sales people for the homeowners or homeowners themselves.
